MAVRK Limited Warranty

MAVRK Stinger Comp
Every new MAVRK Stinger Comp is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Every new MAVRK Dual Rod is covered by our 30 day, original owner warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the reel and rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, missing rod sections, intentional breakage, modification or customization of the finished rod and/or line holder, or damage during the assembly and customization of the Rod and/or Line Holder. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

No Risk Guarantee
If, for any reason, you receive the rod and decide not to try it out, you can return it for a full refund. We’ll even pay the shipping back to us (Lower 48).

Limited Lifetime Warranty
All MAVRK Rods are warranted against any manufacturer's defects. If any section breaks for an unknown reason, we’ll immediately ship out a replacement, free of charge. 

*Replacement sections also available to purchase for at fault events.

MAVRK reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any MAVRK Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. Should breakage occur outside of warranty coverage (when it’s not the result of defects in materials or workmanship) a repair can usually be made for a fee.

QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. MAVRK strives to meet your standards. Items purchased on our site may be returned up to 30 days, unused from the date of purchase.

If the item was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly for assistance. Items that are ordered through an authorized dealer cannot be returned or exchanged through


Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the Return Request page and request a return. Follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damaged During Shipment
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form to initiate a return. Save all packaging material and paperwork.
