Every Stinger Reel is covered by our limited lifetime original owner No Fault warranty against defects in material or manufacturing workmanship.

MAVRK Rod No Fault Warranty
Every Mavrk rod is covered by our limited lifetime original owner No Fault warranty against defects in material or manufacturing workmanship.
If any section of your Mavrk Rod breaks under normal use, we’ll replace it for free!
At fault Replacement Rod Parts Shipped to you immediately
Stuff happens and we understand. If you break any rod section outside of normal fishing, we’ll sell you a replacement part at a nominal fee with no mark up on our end. That’s how much we appreciate you as our customers. If your Mavrk product was purchased directly from us, you’re covered.
General MAVRK No Fault Warranty
Every Mavrk product (except Tracer 62 line) is covered by our limited lifetime original owner No Fault warranty against defects in material or manufacturing workmanship.
If your Mavrk product was purchased directly from us, it’s covered if it fails.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of items or parts in stock and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from the misuse of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, intentional breakage, modification or customization of any Mavrk product.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or breakage due to impact from foreign objects such as, but not limited to, car doors, rocks, water, trees, boots, split shot, weighted flies, dogs, kids, etc.
MAVRK reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. Should breakage occur outside of warranty coverage (when it’s not the result of defects in materials or workmanship) a repair or replacement can usually be made for a fee.
No Fault Rod Replacement Parts
To get a free No Fault replacement rod section we only ask that you send in the broken parts with a description of the incident of which the failure occurred. This greatly helps us improve our products and manufacturing.
At Fault Replacement Parts
QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY.
If, for any reason, you receive your Mavrk product and are not 100% satisfied, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of your original purchase amount, once the item is received.
Returns
QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY. MAVRK strives to meet your standards. Items purchased on our site may be returned up to 30 days, unused from the date of purchase.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the Return Request page and request a return. Follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Damaged During Shipment
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our Contact Us form to initiate a return. Save all packaging material and paperwork.
