General Limited Lifetime Warranty

Every Mavrk product is covered by our limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or manufacturing workmanship.

If your Mavrk product fails under normal use, you’re covered! This warranty is limited to the replacement of items or parts in stock and does not cover damage resulting from the misuse of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, intentional breakage, failure due to modification or customization of any Mavrk product. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or breakage from normal wear and tear.

MAVRK reserves the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts. Should breakage occur outside of warranty coverage (when it’s not the result of defects in materials or workmanship) a repair or replacement can usually be made for a nominal fee.

Mavrk Rod Warranty

All Mavrk Rods come with a Free Replacement Parts Warranty. If any rod section of your Mavrk rod breaks, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just complete the Rod Warranty Request form below, pay a shipping and handling fee and we can usually get you back on the river within a week. Shipping fee waived if purchased within 30 days of warranty claim.

Refunds

If, for any reason, you receive your Mavrk product and are not 100% satisfied, ship it back to us within 30 days for a full refund.

How to Submit a Refund Request (when purchased from mavrkusa.com)

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to Return Request Page and request a return. Follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your customer account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
